Seed, yes all 3 were discussed by Vowler although in the 10/15 cc he stated he owned 70% of shares and had the ability to work with his shares to improve the large # off shares out there...and that information can be found if you listen to the 10/15 conference call off their website

With such a large amount of O/S, has anyone addressed the possibility of R/S, share buyback, or cancelation of shares to help the share price?

I'll give you my interpretation but when it comes to investing you're better off studying this for yourself so you can assure yourself you have good data. O/S are the ones issued.....free trading are the ones in the float. In other words some may be issued as restricted and they don't hit the float until their date of release

Also, what is the difference between outstanding and free trading shares?
