With all the events happening like the naked shorting rule .. I researched online brokers and found Scottrade the best and thus far I am very pleased ... E*Trade bought Webstreet which wwas the best online at the time. Scottrade now has several acats they are working on and if everyopne is smart and since e*trade is an MM they would be wise to get out of e*trade.
