as this guy gets more familiar with BCIT, (he's going over the filings) I'm going to ask him to contact all the other State AG's to alert them to those very facts in the filings you reference, and how about 1200+ shareholders have been held hostage here because of the SEC/DTCC/brokers all colluding to keep this company from having it's rightful Rule 203 buy-in, I bet he can accomodate that small request, imo!
