well from what i saw is
1- R/s will help us and will let us move to AMEX. Beeeeep fals alarm.
2- the pps is now under a 1$ if we look at it before the R/S.
3- this company will go bankrubcy soon, i think its one of Bushnill scam.

4- I am still holding a nice amount of shars and looking forword to see if it will be possible to have $5 pps to dump what ever i have.

5- i should not get in to this company.
