Seems to me that Pedro finally got tired of people asking him what's up with China? How almost all the other stocks with "China" in their name is taking off like a rocket, and his is still in Penny-Basement Land.....

I'm sure there was some catalyst to this move, Pre-Mesa, maybe it was always in their gameplan, Who knows? But they had to find a heavyweight guy to partner up with, somebody to supply what they couldn't.....Some things take time.....Some take ALOT of time to come together....

Once the PR comes out what Mesa is REALLY doing for CWLC, the top will blow off this sucker.....
