BigB: Not the least bit worried. I can represent myself in court if it ever came to that. In the interim I would flood the CYGX offices with interogatories and requests for information to such an extent that they'd spin their wheels for years. And believe me, Malcolm does not want to have to answer the questions I might have under oath in front of a court reporter or on videotape. I'd get into the spider web of connections and "consulting contracts" and free shares for undefined services...the whole gamut. Malcolm is the one who needs to issue an apology on IHub. An apology to all the duped shareholders who bought in when the stock price was over $1.00.
