no, failing to have a sharholder meeting is definitely not a criminal act, despite your thinking it is... the sh have a right to request a meeting, and did so by filing a lawsuit, although that was probably an unecessary waste of time and money... so your criminal allegations are simply defamatory, i.e. false....you should go talk to your lawyer...
