I agree. Who wouldn't want to turn over their money to some guys down in Panama and have to agree to let them decide whether or not they ripped you off if your money disappears? It's the kind of investment that would draw any shrewd player.

Throw in the probability of being drawn into a court case with the IRS as a result of having to hide your investment in an offshore tax haven scheme from them and activist civil libertarians of all types should be watering at the mouth to jump in and go face to face with Uncle Sam..
