Santa Monica, CA— Exit Only, Inc. Warns Investors of Spam Email Campaign

Santa Monica, CA - October 18, 2007 - Exit Only, Inc: (Pink Sheets: EXTO), an emerging growth company which owns Text4cars.com--a rapidly growing internet based community for new and used vehicles, warned the investment community today that it has become aware of an illegal Spam email campaign which is currently targeting its stock.

As of October 17th, Spam emails promoting Exit Only, Inc. stock have surfaced throughout the internet. They have also appeared on Blog sites illegitimately claiming that Exit Only, Inc. has commissioned these actions in an effort to promote its stock. These emails are appearing in 2 forms; first is with a standard message promoting the stock; the second is an email with an attached mp3 file eluding recipients that it is a video or audio file containing famous celebrities, but is instead an electronic voice promotion of Exit Only, Inc. stock. The first indication is that these emails are being generated through a STORM virus network originating out of Russia and/or China.

David Dion, founder of Exit Only, Inc. stated, "We are putting forth all our efforts into tracking the source of these emails. While we cannot stop this spam from going out, we are warning all investors who receive these malicious spam emails to delete them. This malicious act on Exit Only, Inc.'s stock has been reported to the appropriate authorities. Exit Only, Inc. has no involvement with any Spam email campaigns and cautions investors not to act on these forms of promotions or dirty tricks.. We have employed a team of specialists to track down the perpetrators of these illegal actions and will pursue full legal action against them when they are caught".

When asked who would have been motivated to authorize such a malicious campaign against the company, Dion responded. "We can only surmise that it could have something to do with competitors who wish to harm us or rogue shareholders who have purchased the stock and now wish to profit from a quick upsurge in our company's stock price. Spam is perceived as one of the most negative things which can happen to a company's stock, so regardless of whom is responsible, the use of STORM virus network spam on our stock is completely unacceptable to Exit Only, Inc. and its management team. We are expanding very fast within our business segment and do not need nor desire any form of spam to notify investors of that fact".
