Sola Completes Exercise of Carolina Diamond Deposit

Sola Resource Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SL)(PINK SHEETS:SOLAF) is pleased to announce that it has completed the exercise of its option on the claims containing the diamondiferous Carolina Kimberlite.
The Company has earned its 80% interest in the property by accelerating its final payment that was due November 23rd of this year. In doing so, the Company has met all of its obligations and tenure is being transferred to Sola's Brazilian joint-venture subsidiary.
Drilling continues on both the Carolina diamond pipe and on the recent discovery of kimberlite in the region around the Carolina.
