YIWA - Expands to Gain More of the $7 Billion International Voice Market

DENVER, CO, Oct 18, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Due to the huge growth in international calling, US National Telecom (PINKSHEETS: YIWA) is expanding its efforts to be a major telecom carrier of VoIP calls to Mexico and Central and South America. The second highest call traffic destination from the US is Mexico, and the Company plans to capture a portion of this international market. Voice traffic to Mexico, Central and South America is measured in the billions of minutes per year and the international voice traffic market is estimated to be in excess of $7 billion a year and growing at a rate of over 10% per year.

The Company's VoIP technology network provides a way to make calls to other countries at a much-reduced rate. Immigration to the USA has created a base of millions of people with family and friends living back in their previous country. This immigration, legal and illegal, has been a driving force in the millions of telephone calling cards sold each year. "Prepaid calling card companies are becoming the new force in telecom," said Scott Navratil, Director of Sales and Marketing, "and they are looking for low prices and solid service. We're a proven USA call provider, and now we plan to be the source calling card companies and telcos come to when looking for international call termination."

The Company is establishing its own direct routes to several countries and has already completed negotiations with underlying carriers. These initial destination countries include the Philippines, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador and Columbia. Although not able to currently project the total volume of traffic to those countries, the Company is optimistic that the higher international profit margins and huge size of the market will result in a profitable international voice traffic division.
