October 16th, 2007 - US National Telecom (YIWA) Goes Live With National High Speed Network; 3-for-1 Stock Dividend.

Yi Wan Group's (YIWA) (PINKSHEETS: YIWA) subsidiary recently reported that it signed several contracts that could result in more than a $340,000 annual revenue increase. To expand to handle this, and much more anticipated new business, the Company has now gone live with a USA Tier 1 network provider to provide national high speed backbone and switching services. This added capacity, with points of presence in New York, Miami and Los Angeles, now gives the Company the high capacity it needs to rapidly expand. In addition, the Company's main POP in Denver, CO is upgrading to add the equivalent of 200 T-1s of bandwidth.

The Company's high speed network is now live and in production.

"Our competitive pricing, plus premium customer service, has allowed us to earn a reputation for solid carrier-class service, and that is attracting more of the larger customers," said Brian Ford, VP of Operations. "If our current sales activity continues, we could more than double revenue by the summer of 2008."

The Company also recently announced that the Board of Directors has approved a 3-for-1 stock dividend; when all the approvals are in place the effective date will be announced.
