All of this was provided in the Miller Family Trust documentation and was apparently provided to them by an internal audit done for a Detroit area merchant capital firm.

To me the Miller lawsuit shows the character and integrity of management of Aero.

- were not paying their employee withholding taxes
- were not filing their tax returns
- lied about the use of funds
- failed to disclose the 5 year $40 million sponsorship deal with Morgan McClure
- failed to disclose a $1 million lien on the patent and Accts Rec'ble.
