If they knew of these holdups...why note to shareholders that Oct 11th would be the day....WHY? because they raise money this way...GO AHEAD AND TAKE A COUNT HOW MANY BOUGHT IN DAYS BEFORE OCT 11th??? Now ask how many sold at a loss or are still holding at a loss and needing their money back because they invested money they really shouldn't have...LOL!
