R/S is a very bad idea.

I had 10,000,000 shares of another pinky at .0001. They did a 1k-1 R/S and the stock was worth .10 for a short period of time. Then it slid back to .0001. Bummer.

To add insult to injury, the company did it again and now I have 100 shares.

Simple math.
$1,000 investment for 100 shares=$10.00 per share. Hmmmmmm. Extremely bad for any pinky.

If anyone sees a filing for a R/S Please post it here for all to see.

Remember pink sheet investing is like going to Vegas to gamble. Many loosers and very few real winners.
