Shorts,

I don't believe in hard and fast rules. Most of the time I do not hit the Ask, but sometimes I do. Most of the time I do not buy stocks that are falling, but sometimes I do. I have my reasons for when i do, and when I don't, and in this one I am. Matter of fact, could y'all please stammer a little harder tonight, so that I have fair chance to get those .003's? TIA
