The plane is landing, not taking off. If you look at the back wheels on the far side, they are in a vertical position because they have been lowered, but have not touched down yet. If the plane was taking off, they would be level with the ground still. The pilot would not have begun raising the wheels so soon after take off and the angle of the plane suggests landing. The nose would be higher if it were just leaving the ground.
