foxy, the insiders are hedging their trading in CPPC with unregistered shares. They have to wait as well for certs. The difference is you don't have a printing press and complete control of what kind of stock there is, how much stock there is, and when you can issue it.
Better DD that MM line-up as well, FANC, ABLE, etc. and start thinking about what is really going on here. I'd invest in a call to the Washington Department of Financial Institutions as well. 360 902 8760. There is more here than meets the eye. ;0)
