Good observation but: The cockpit sees out the front window only. All the larger windows would offer views for 2 rows of seats which would be all except the one small window in the center of the 5. So, lets do the math: 4x2=8, 8+1=9, 9X2 (2 sides of the plane for the slow ones here) = 18. Now add 2 for the cockpit and that makes 20.
