I really wouldn't argue with anything you said...I'll bet DeSimplex did indeed pull the software off line after the Fundacion refused to pay them. I wouldn't pay for that non-functional POS that DeSimplex wrote, either. Panamersa did absolutely the right thing in having the exchange software rewritten. And you're also right about the 20% issue I'm willing to bet. 20% of Desimplex doesn't appear to hold a lot of promise.
