Chipguy, I would have thought that the CSI controller would take up a larger portion of the die, compared to FSB. Also, all the on die I/O due to CSI and memory channels would probably take up a lot of space as well. Also, I/O doesn't shrink from process to process as much as logic. I was expecting a die over 600mm^2.
