Not at all, Dr. Feelgood.

They will never sell 5 million shares for 50 cents each. NNVC has already been selling shares for quick cash, and you can see what happens to the share price when they are sold for a fast profit. The market cannot support another 5 million shares in the float while keeping the price above 50 cents.

They can "anticipate" all they want, but it's not happening. If that's the only way they can raise money, expect the offering price to go to 25 cents or lower soon.

Until the formation of NanoViricide, Inc. (the Company's predecessor prior to the exchange) our management and key personnel had no experience in pharmaceutical drug development and, consequently, may not be able to successfully develop any drugs..

Yes, I think the lack of experience in this field is pretty obvious.

Also...

On April 9, 2007, the Company signed a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research to create new treatments for dengue fever using the Company’s nanomedicine technology. Each party is individually responsible for funding its own respective researchers throughout this agreement, including laboratory facilities, salaries, overhead and indirect costs. There were no costs incurred in the fiscal year ended June 30, 2007.

1) NNVC has to hire its own researchers for the dengue fever testing.
2) They are responsible for paying them.
3) NNVC currently has two employees, according to the filing - Seymour and Diwan.
4) Meaning they haven't hired any researchers yet for dengue work.
5) Meaning that it's a safe bet no dengue work is being done yet.

Hype is a dangerous tool in the wrong hands.
