in my opinion, unless the 8K is very very good, even when it comes out there will be a sellof, alot but not all of the time the adage buy on rumor sell on news holds true, it even happens in big board stocks, you can believe it or not, but people on here were even complaining about it after the news hit about the merger being done, so there ya go.
