YIWA - to Hold First Ever Town Hall Investor Meetings

DENVER, CO, Oct 17, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Yi Wan Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: YIWA), which is changing its name to US National Telecom to reflect the Company's focus, will hold its first ever "Town Hall Meeting." The Company has recently been attracting more attention in the investor marketplace, due to its growth in the telecom market.

The Company believes that its strategic move to focus on the booming VoIP telecom market space is going to result in steady gross revenue increases over time. "We are sure that we have a good solid message to share with investors," said Company President G. Giagnocavo, "and what better way to connect with our investors than holding a Town Hall-type meeting to meet investors face to face. And what better place to hold our first Town Hall Meeting than in Boston, the City that is the birthplace of the original Town Hall Meeting concept. We have earned a reputation for great products and customer service, and now we want to establish a reputation for open communications with investors. We think investors will appreciate the openness and information sharing, and that the investing market place will reward us appropriately."

The Town Hall Meeting will be held on October 29, 2007 at 2 pm in the prestigious Colonnade Hotel, Boston, MA. Registration is required and only shareholders will be admitted. The Company will discuss its current operations and strategies for growth. Proof of shareholder status will be required; each shareholder may bring one guest who is not a shareholder. Registration is open until October 26th. To register, shareholders must send an email to info@USnationalTelecom.com with the word BOSTON in the subject line.

The Company plans to hold another Town Hall Meeting in Miami's South Beach, in January, 2008.
