Warrants ??? - Company could "give" a warrant to each shareholder for each share owned with a strike price of 1.50 -stock of record of 01/01/08. This would provide incentive to hold onto shares,stop the selling,and would get the company a influx of cash if stock goes to 2-3 dollar range. Warrants could run for 5 years and would be callable should stock price close over 3 dollars for 30 consecutive trading days. The strike price could be lowered if the company needs cash. Best defense is a good offense !!!
