I think the momentum is going to be so fast and furious that we're all going to be delighted - wherever we decide to sell. Just different degrees of delight. We're all different. Have different tollerances for risk taking, patience, boredom, frustration, etc. All I can say is I've been doing this for about a year and thanks to SWVC I've already made money. Feels good. It's about to feel a whole lot better. IMO. Good luck. Also, it doesn't have to be an all-or-nothing proposition. Maybe consider selling a little here and there as you show profits. That way you have something to show (profit, cash, money in the bank) while still keeping your toe in for $3 pps 15 months from now. Capeesh?
