Here you go, direct from the horses (or substitute in a more appropriate animal)mouth:

"Any shareholder that has 100 to 4,999,999 shares (four million nine hundred ninety nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine) shares will receive 100 shares (one hundred)."

Shareholders with 5,000,000 or more QBID shares will receive shares based on the 50,000 to 1 reverse stock split as stated. For example, a shareholder with 10,000,000 shares will receive 200 shares of Cinemax Pictures."
