The price of NOBLE metals has gone up tremendously.

It sounds to me just like the piles were appraised not the actual mine, but I could be wrong, that is just my interpratation of what 2Create wrote.
We realize a percentage on at least one of the other properties. Sorry for the sketchy part it's alot to keep in my head without having it right on hand to look at.
It took me at least 4 hours to go through it all yesterday.
