I just spoke to andrew and he has sated like he has sated before that there is no problems with the filing just the issues of taking a private co and converting into a public for... he admited that they had time to prepare and he does not have a time frame but states they are diligently working on it. also he said the issue with the law suit has nothing to do with the slow down.. it will reflect in the 10q in nov.. as a settlement of debt that is all.

the 8k will be here soon so get your cheapies while you can.
