If I can butt in a bit here, the merger statement in the PR that we have in the queue suggests that the primary FCCN shareholders are the parent in this merger. It would be interesting to discuss the interpretations of that since so many on this board seem to blurt out what they think are the facts when they may just be intrepreting it incorrectly.

This may be a rare case where the CEO is not the primary shareholder or largest shareholder in the merger but the FCCN dealmakers may just be that. Which who is the primary FCCN shareholders right now ? I am unaware of that.
