I'm not really sure why anyone would believe any of their PR's or just arbitrarily choose to believe one PR when stating disbelief to all the previous ones. IF, the authorities have actually been called in to investigate the alleged con artists, then PBLS will have to open the doors to their operations to assist the investigation.
Based on what we all think is going on with this company, surely they (PA) wouldn't open their own Pandora's box...so to speak.
