“Munder Capital Management buys a 1.9% stake in Gramercy Capital Corp on 8/31. Something fishy is going on here. Gramercy owns a huge portion of Arco. Wonder if they put Arco in place to create a takeover or merger? Someone knows something here. I'm buying a shat load more tomorrow morning and I would advise the rest of you to do the same.
