The Billions of Dollars targeted for those "Rapid Oral Tests" will be distributed starting December 1st, 2007.

How could anyone ask such an in the dark question since it has been proclaimed and word spread far and wide about the World's AIDS DAY observance. No wonder the entitled theme is Leaders in Action... 'cause there are too many in the dark folks like SellHigh, Bloodthirsty, and even some who try to understand like cato out there...
