Well,I never have been a fan of REITS but that simple scan (sans the "consences opinion)put me into canroys since '03(except for a 8 month period that I traded the QQQ(just lucky I missed the Can.tax thingy).If history is any guide then if the canroys yields go below 11%ish then the NAT's and the FRO's,might be more interesting.My main complaint with the canroys is if you try to leg into them(say 8 to 12 days after the last exdate) they go up to steady/fast to not tempt me to take a $3 gain instead of a $.30 div.
