Here is a better way of doing it. Let's list all the claims/promises from PNMS and the results.

1. Said they would have an operational debit card back in 2006
Result? No debit card

2. Said they would uplist to the OTCBB
Result? No uplisting

3. Said they would provide audited financials
Result? No audited financials. First excuse was that their scanner was broken. Next excuse was that it would be "illegal" to provide them lol

4. Said there would be a PDR exchange wherein people could convert common to PDRs and then sell their PDRs and get the money wired back to them
Result? No wires, no trading, no exchange. Now the mythical exchange doesn't even have a website anymore.

5. Although it has never been officially announced as a promise, passed the word around in phone calls that they would have a debit card. (again!) lol
Result? No debit card. It seems they have run out of ideas and have come full circle. I am wondering if they will next try the uplisting promise again since it would be next in line.. lol
