I never even thought about that reading all the ramblings about revenue and such. The distribution channel as you point out must account separately for their operations. VERY common with businesses of this type.

Each facility maintains their own set of books for accountability and then the results are included in the final yearly financials for the overall company.

Is it any wonder the auditors may have a bigger job than we all originally thought.
