If you've taken a detailed look at Intercare you'll know they bought out some flagging software company's medical software product and redesigned it to produce a flexible medical product. All in all they say there is ten years vested in this. It looks to be three years of further R&D in Intercare on the product (ICE) and a few million dollars.
As far as I know they have no revenue as yet..
Ok that information is available to anyone willing to search the net. What's new and relatively unknown is are onto deals in the middle east and have got some sort of personal approval and push from a certain countries controlling medical community in conjunction with some UN hospital projects. This is one example but I have heard of three such close to completion deals that are due to come to fruition next month and a number of trials in the US for a potential grant.

My sources also indicate the company is hiring or has hired recently on these potential deals and that it is steadily funded by the other businesses owned by the president/ceo (Dr.) these include a medical claims processing company and a well established clinic.

How does this affect the share price...

These application are targeted at hospitals right, and they usually priced at a per bed basis. Last I heard the tag on the product is around 2K per bed, so a small 500 bed hospital can generate some 1m in revenue.
As far as I can tell, and I'm not sure of this yet, the market cap is around 1.1m?
I'm guessing that them landing two or three small hospitals should more than double the share price.
