such a great pleasure to present numbers on this one..

not pie in the sky.. that is the beauty of the share structure here..

in most issues that are ripe for a reverse merger... shareholders must be concerned about a reverse split and getting ones shares reduced dramatically..

not this one.. we only need be concerned if there are enough shares for liquidity.. an issue that surely will be addressed before any transaction is completed and it will do nothing but increase our share price.. this is one shell in 500 that has this share structure... and the only one that was former NYSE traded...
