Don't they (Brokers) have the responsibility to accept or not accept under the rule T3. Was that a misunderstanding or mishandled funds that never found there way to BCIT?
Are the shares FTDs or fraudulent?
The brokers didn't get any money, huh?
BTW I had to pay my broker for my shares.
