To Quote SAM:

"The results of these efforts are reflected in several current and pending operating projects and relationships, the full details of which will be provided by Strat Petroleum to its shareholders in the coming weeks, followed by consistent updates."

This is information from The Company, not a yahoo on a message board. If it was NOT true, then he should not have posted that news release. A similar PR was released last fall, advising SPRL shareholders of a pilot program with Rosnfet and promising monthly updates. He has not followed through on ANYTHING and the fact that shareholders are angered and voicing their concerns is not "whining". Best as I can tell, he is a liar.
