this curved harmonic scissor/scapel is definitely a plus. we use the regular non-curved now, so this is definitely a PLUS when surgeons need the fine delicate dissection for smaller "tight space" surgery (i.e. parotid, thyroid, etc.)

one of my colleagues actually tested it for ethicon....

thought you would want to know....
