Brooks Communication, Inc., is growing! We have an immediate opening for an experienced receptionist/office clerk. Day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the telephone, writing service orders, preparing proposals, preparing invoices for clients, and routine maintenance of client files.
Computer proficiency and a willingness to learn lots of details & procedures are required. Knowledge of QuickBooks and Word Perfect programs are a plus but not required.
