It would be very tough to short it on this side of the water but they could do it in the German marketplace where naked shorting is rampant. There is either a Berlin or Frankfurt listing for the stock but I haven't looked to see if any trading is going on. If you are right about December I wonder how Wu plans to spin that at the AGM.
