Members of the Community.

I would like to bring a few things to your attention.

1. As a group we voted that information relevant to Gold oil and The Company would be allowed on the board. At the time of the vote it was made very clear that there would be posts regarding the daily ups and downs off Gold and oil. Both Gold and oil are very relevant to Gold shares no matter what the company name maybe. During the vote everyone was made very aware of what they where voting for there was no mystery involved and a very simple process was undertaken so that no one would be confused..

2. Since becoming Mod this board has had some very dry periods where the only people posting daily on a regular basis would be three people and I was one of them, Kermit’s and one other person. This board almost died off but we persevered through the dry period so that this board could survive.

3. As a group we have accomplished many things that no other ihub board could even dream off.

4. Up to this point in time, we have shown great respect for one another. At one time on this very board, there was no respect shown no matter what you said you would be knocked down. People where afraid to post because they would be abused.

5. Often in the past I have allowed many people to post messages that if I had taken the person too seriously I would have been justified to request a ban for that person. I made a point to ignore the posts hoping that in time a community spirit would foster and a behavior of tolerance and acceptance would develop. Over time I am happy to say we have learned to be more accepting of each other, and each others posts.

6. There are many posts on this board that should be deleted and I have turned a blind eye as I do not like to delete a post as it has taken the member time and effort to construct their idea or theory. Neither do I like to delete a post that someone has taken time to copy and paste and is willing to share with the community.

7. As a mod I am trying to build this board so that we have a thriving community where people feel welcome and are happy to share information that we may all benefit from as a group.
