In September, 2007, the Company had received subscriptions in the aggregate amount of $2.5 million financing through the offering of shares of the Company's common stock. It is anticipated that these funds should enable the Company to support operations through the end of its fiscal year ending June 30, 2008. However, the Company has not yet accepted these subscriptions. If the Company does not accept these subscriptions, or if a significant number of subscribers request the return of their subscriptions before they are accepted by the Company, the Company may not be able to support its operations through the end of its fiscal year.

Are they considering going out of business? Why else would they turn down money they say they desperately need for operations?
