I'm not sure that is the worst case scenario but keep in mind that we are just a shell & they are an operating business. I'm also of the impression that we aren't paying for the audits but that the middle man group is paying for it so the additional dilution would be for their own filings or other such operating expenses. I'm not sure we'll hear this week but I'm hopeful.
