Think about this...
If Aero had financials like have been SPECULATED here, with production of millions and revenues in the tens of millions, why would they bother reverse merging with a shell?
Why wouldn't they take it public via IPO (using NASCAR to fuel interest) and get a starting SP at somewhere in the range of $10 a share, with only 15 million shares out there? They would raise $150 MILLION IN CAPITAL. Here, they get a piece of a shell, with so many shares out there it isn't worth their while.
Unless, of course, the numbers aren't CLOSE to what has been SPECULATED.
Production is meaningless if you don't have enough demand for the product.
No other cost factors are being weighted into the numbers being SPECULATED here.
No company with those kinds of revenues and profit on sales would EVER need to merge with a shell like this.
