We weren't real shareholders in the eyes of the company since they didn't issue, nor did they recieve any of the money from the sales of those shares. They didn't have to ask us for our vote then and we will continue to be out of the loop until such a time when our shares are dealt with. Furthermore there will still be a short squeeze because the 2 billion shares shares are not part of the public float they are only authorised.
