ineedmoreshares....hopefully, this will help rather than add to the "confusion"....
if you go to the secretary of state for Utah, you will find Aero Exhaust....and, you will also find it is a "foreign corp" (dba, aero) and all the appropriate info showing it to be a Nevada corp (TTR HP,inc)....
similarly, I cannot find "Aero Turbine" listed as either a corp or "dba" in Utah......
however, if you "google" Aero Turbine you will find it....OR, go to the state of Connecticut and you will find Aero Turbine.....
My conclusion is that Aero Exhaust and Aero Turbine TODAY are two different entities.....further, if Aero Exhaust ever used the name "aero turbine" in the past.....well, that was the past.....and, to that extent, the disposition of any company named Aero Turbine in Utah and the associated D&B info is NOT current....and, even if the credit rating was crappy then....that was then....this is now.
