LFZA - There is a rather exhasutive email from me in Dave's inbox on that subject.
It's certainly an item high on the priorities list.
The Note they will get on the $4.8MM will be bankable into their credit line or a new loan, and I seriously expect that the CPA and filing attorney will get their "..do it.." fees out of that.
